Wash your hand with soap before wearing a mask.
Open package and unfold the mask.
Place the mask againt your face, with the bottom under chin and metal nosepiece across bridge of nose.
Place the elastic loops over both of your ears.
Use both hands to bend the metal nosepiece.
Slide fingers down both sides of metal nosepiece to seal it against your nose and face.
